Mike Panesis - is the Executive Director of the Cal Lutheran Center for Entrepreneurship. He comes to Cal Lutheran from Technology Management Program (TMP) in UC Santa Barbara’s College of Engineering, where he ran UC Santa Barbara’s highly successful New Venture Competition (NVC) and played a key role in creating the new start-up incubator for the Goleta Entrepreneurial Magnet. Mike is a Member and Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Governors of Tech Coast Angels (TCA), the largest accredited angel investor group in the country. Mike has an MBA Marketing from Rutgers University and a BS in Computer Science for Business from the DeVry Institute of Technology. He lives in Camarillo with his wife and two children. He is on the Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum Central Coast Chapter and Steering Committee of the Ventura County Greek Festival.

Deone Zell, Ph.D. - is the Associate Vice President of Academic Technology at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where she runs campus-wide programs and services that enhance teaching and learning through technology. These include initiatives such as teaching with tablets, faculty-developed Texts, and ePortfolios. Deone serves on campus-wide committees involved with technology and entrepreneurship and was responsible for bringing AppJam, a student competition for mobile app development, to CSUN. Prior to her appointment Deone was a professor of management in CSUN’s David Nazarian College of Business & Economics for 12 years, and an interim director of the MBA program. She is the author of numerous books and articles on the subject of innovation and organizational change. Deone holds a Ph.D. in Research Methods and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA. She lives in Santa Rosa Valley with her husband and three children.

Marc Netka - CEO and Founder, School Tech Supply. Marc has over 17 years of experience bringing technology to the Education sector. Marc co-founded School Tech Supply in 2010 to deliver more technology to schools for less money. Prior to STS, Marc founded The EduTech Group Inc. in 2001.
